FAQs

DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
*A patch test will be required for new customers and those who haven't had the treatment in over 12 months*

It is important for you to understand that we will not accept bookings where a valid patch test has not been conducted. Patch tests are FREE to book and take less than 5 minutes.

Patch tests apply to the following treatments:

  • All Semi-Permanent Lashes

  • Brow Lamination

  • Lash Lift

  • Lash or Brow Tint

Also useful to know: If your medical conditions have changed since your last treatment, then please notify a member of staff as another patch test may be required.

I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY - CAN I STILL HAVE INJECTABLES BEFORE I GO?

We recommend having any injectable treatments at least 2 weeks before travelling abroad. This allows enough time for your skin to settle, any potential side effects to subside, and for you to enjoy the full results of your treatment while you're away.

WILL I BRUISE AFTER HAVING AN INJECTABLE TREATMENT?

As with any treatment that penetrates the skin, some bruising and swelling is completely normal. However, we take every precaution to minimise this as much as possible. To help reduce the likelihood of bruising, you can take Arnica supplements 48 hours prior to your appointment. Staying well hydrated in the 48 hours leading up to your treatment, and avoiding caffeine on the day, can also support better healing and results.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I NEED A MICROBLADING TOP-UP?

If you notice your colour changing to a more blue/grey/purple/reddish tone or if the microblading strokes are fading/barely noticeable.

DO I NEED TO COME BACK 4-6 WEEKS AFTER A MICROBLADING TOP-UP LIKE I DID WHEN I FIRST HAD THEM DONE?

Not at all. If you're having a normal colour boost within the correct time frame, you will only need one sitting each top-up. However, if ink is lost (gaps in strokes) you will require a 2nd sitting to re-introduce the ink.


MY REGULAR LASH TECH IS ON HOLIDAY, CAN YOU DO MY IN-FILLS?
Unfortunately not, we can only apply lash in-fills to clients that have had a full set applied by us. This avoids any potential chemical reactions.

CAN YOU STILL DO MY NAILS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ALL BROKEN?
Yes, of course we can. If you would like to grow your natural nail we suggest trying BIAB as this helps support the nail and protect from breakage. As long as you follow a regular maintenance programme, we will have your nails looking longer and stronger in no time at all.

Alternatively, you can consider nail extensions. A staff member will be able to suggest an appropriate nail system to suit you.

HOW DO I BOOK?
We now encourage everyone to book online. Its quick, easy and available 24/7 just click the 'Book Appointment' tab at the top of the page, or when ever you see the 'Book an Appointment' button. You can also book via the link in our Facebook or Instagram bio.

If you're experiencing any difficulty with the booking system, or you come across a service that will not allow online booking, you can contact us on 07379 979655. Please note that we may need to ask a few questions to ensure the service is right for you.

 

After completing your online booking you will be sent an email or text message to confirm your appointment. It should also contain a link which will allow you to edit your appointment and stay in control of all future bookings.
